By Me 2 (byme2style.com) has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and return label. By Me 2 does not offer monetary refunds on merchandise or original  shipping costs. 
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once inspected, if there are any signs of damage or that the item has been worn, we reserve the right to deny your return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, first contact us at support@byme2style.com  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return instruction will not be accepted.
