Refund policy
By Me 2 (byme2style.com) has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and return label. By Me 2 does not offer monetary refunds on merchandise or original shipping costs.
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once inspected, if there are any signs of damage or that the item has been worn, we reserve the right to deny your return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, first contact us at byme2style@gmail.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return instruction will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please make sure all special merchandise is correct prior to purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on final sale/promotional items or gift cards.
Exchange / Store Credit Policy
The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is received and approved, you will receive a store credit within 10 business days by email. Customers will then be able to make a purchase for the new item using store credit or exchange for another item of the same value or less.
